Description
The INT-RD005 RF Detector is designed for detection of eavesdropping units (bugs) which are on active state (transmitting data to the remotely located receiver).
Measuring of the radio signals frequency and power is the main functionality of the unit. The INT-RD005 is implemented on the basis of latest developments in RF technologies and vast engineering.
The INT-RD005 detects all sources of RF emission within the frequency range from 100 kHz up to 8GHz featuring sensitivity of -53dBm with a typical signal-to-noise ratio of 5dB, meaning that a hidden transmitter with a transmission level of+ 7dBm (5mW) can be easily detected from the distance of up to Sm.
Operating Principle
The INT-RD005 broadband RF detector extracts maximum level signal at the estimated point of space. The signal power and frequency meter is used while adjusting radio transmitting equipments, monitoring air and searching for tacitly installed radio communication units.
